DSP Rtd. Stephen Kwame Adjei is the Compliance Manager for Samara Company Limited. Prior to this, he was with the Ghana Police Service and rose to the rank of Deputy Superintendent (DSP) before his retirement in 2018 after forty (40) years of unblemished and meritorious service.

He attended Grafton College of Management Science in the United Kingdom and holds a Certificate and a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) in the United Kingdom.

Dsp Rtd Stephen Kwame Adjei has a lot of experience in the areas of surveillance, crime detection, crime investigation, prosecution of criminal cases and is very skillful in report writing.

He has worked with the United Nations missions in Nyala-Sudan and Juba in South Sudan in the year 2005 to 2006 and 2012 to 2014 respectively as a Police adviser. He joined Samara Company Limited in November 2018 as the Compliance Manager to assist with Compliance issues. He is responsible for internal controls, investigation of internal thefts and criminal related issues, audit and risk matters resulting from counterfeit and trademarks issues to organization-wide compliance awareness.

He is married with six (06) children and he loves watching African movies and reading novels.
